internet is not working inside VM'S in vmwareworksation?

Internet is not working inside my vmware workstation... i am using centOS inside vmware workstation... my host machine is windows 7 ....... but in my host machine it's working well. Please help me in debugging the issue.

The "default gateway" should be set by VMWare's internal DHCP server (when used with a NAT'ed adapter)
But this is worth some investigation.

If you don't mind, you can try to reset the Virtual Networks with VMWare's Virtual Network Editor. Do that while the guests are all shutdowned, then restart your guest.

Please try a NAT'ed adapter and, if that does not work, try a Bridged adapter (I assume that there is a DHCP service working correctly on your LAN)

Can you let us know what is the config of your VMnet8 adapter ?

In particular, VMware Bridge Protocol should NOT be bound to it.
Any custom filter driver etc should not be bound to it etc. I have only Client for Windows Networks and File and Printer sharing bound to it (and TCP/IP 6, TCP/IP 6, and 2 link layers topology protocols)

OK, so you can actually ping 192.168.80.2, which means that the "internal" part of your NAT'ed network does work.
It is normal that you cannot ping 192.168.122.0 since your NIC adapter is not configured to "host-only".

Please, now try to ping 8.8.8.8 (Google's public DNS server). If that works but you can't ping google-public-dns-a.google.com (the DNS name for 8.8.8.8) the problem is certainly related to DNS resolving...

You may also try to shutdown the guest, configure its NIC to "bridged", make sure that there is a DHCP server that will offer an IP config to it (as if it was another node on your LAN) and see if this is any better.

You may also want to check how your Firewall and "virtual networks" are configured on the host.

Why not disabling NetworkManager and just enable network service. Apart from this check network iptables rules and also see if you have windows firewall enabled which is blocking the traffic..

I doubt i have about firewall here is bcoz your system is able to resolve google.com to IP.. as per above output.

Can you ping 192.168.80.1 and/or 192.168.80.2 from your CentOS guest ?
These are the adresses of the Virtual NAT interface and the DHCP server.
Be careful, if you have changed the Virtual Networks configuration (for instance by bridging your NAT adapter to some other adapter) this could result in a messy configuration.

What I would do, if I was you:
- Make sure all your VM guests are shutdown
- Open VMWare Virtual Networks Editor
- Click "Restore Defaults"
- Check that your CentOS is using a a NAT'ed adapter
- Disable the host Firewall (Windows' or any firewall you have)
- Start the CentOS guest
- Make sure the CentOS guest is using DHCP
- try to ping 8.8.8.8
- if that works, enable the firewall again
- try to ping 8.8.8.8
- If that doesn't work anymore, the issue is with the Firewall !

You only need to use bridging when you want the Virtual Machine to be on the same network segment as your host machine. I usually want that, but there can be exceptions.

Have you installed the VMware tools in your CentOS VM? They are needed to give your VM better performance and proper access to the VMware's virtual device drivers. Also use DHCP and not static IP's, at least to start off with.

click the properties of Vmware network adapter vmnet8 and vmnet 1 at network sharing and select the bridge protocol and then go to there ipv4 addresses check ip addresses same as physical machine. View the image that is for the setup reference
