In php script, if echo "<a></a>" it render as html elementas we understand it, but when doing in php, $str=htmlentities("<a></a>"); then $str=html_entity_decode($str); $str is not equal to "<a></a>", $str is string. why that is not HTML element

It is good if you use a private browsing option when exploring from Public places. This will not save your history.
In Internet Explorer 9, go to tools - Click 'InPrivate Browsing' this will not save the cookies.
In Mozilla, Go to Tools - Click 'Start Private Browsing'.
But still your password can be hacked if the computer is running any type of key logger software or screen capture software.

Banks do Not save your user name and password in your cookies. If they save anything, it will be an encrypted code that will tell them where to look in their records to identify you.
But even more than that, the link to your bank's web site is encrypted so that the network along the way can not be used to read your information and break into your account.

And I check when I go to yahoo email account, there is

dont ever assume they "clear" just clear cookies on computer after doing banking.
