History command at command prompt in windows

Does anyone remember how to run history command at command line/command prompt (c:) in winodow
because I forgot it in long dos command. I don't re-type too long command.
For example, if I type previously one comand lie as follows
C:> javac -classpath "ksjksjdsdjjksdj" ksdslkdlkdskjljsd.java
C:> !j ( I forgot this,probably, !1 in the history command list, they will will repeat the 1st command you hit)
In Linux, it is !j and use history command they will show your type command you hit before
Question-2, Is it possilbe now in Windows to run autoexec.bat o(batch file)nce computer re-booting without run Windows OS , and then after finish my task in autoexec.bat and go back to windows OS.
If possible, where I should put the batch, autoexec.bat file , in which location ?
