In php script, if echo "<a></a>" it render as html elementas we understand it, but when doing in php, $str=htmlentities("<a></a>"); then $str=html_entity_decode($str); $str is not equal to "<a></a>", $str is string. why that is not HTML element

No it's not a MAK it's actually a maps key. It actually states on the license site it's for 32bit and the media is only 32bit but I grabbed the 64bit version and used the key and it activated OK, I have also done this with a retail copies aswell as MAK's, the only thing I have not personally tried this with is OEM.
