google adsense
my Google adsense account is shown this mesage,
The number of ads you can show has been limited for one or more of your AdSense products.
last time , it showed again then my account was banned for 2 times
The reason for ban is
First Time:Click google ads on own site
Second Time:Invalid Traffic, mulit-clicking
This time I don't know the reason yet, waiting google's new warning email suspended my account or not
Anyway, my question is how to prevent Invalid Traffic my site for Google Ads
Please advise

if it is not from organic ,it is from social media/facebook/forum/blog, the referer is thirty-party, it may cause limited ad serving

According tohttps://support.google.com/adsense/answer/1346295?hl=en(Auto-refreshing ads) section - it's not allowed to refresh the whole page without user requesting refresh.
