How can I add the "Run as different user" to the default right click on icon within Windows so that this will always be an option whenever an icon or program is right clicked without the user having to hold down the Shift button while right clicking on an icon?

With respect, knowledgeable: As I have witnessed several of your questions being solved and answers graded - do you even care to take a closer look at all the "answers"? Here for example, I provided exactly what you asked for while the other answer was about something completely different.

You are looking for a simple context menu entry for executables. Look at HKEY_CLASSES_ROOTexefileshell to get an idea. I tried and it seems I succeeded:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOTexefileshell
unasme][HKEY_CLASSES_ROOTexefileshell
unasmecommand]@=""%1" %*""IsolatedCommand"=""%1" %*""DelegateExecute"="{ea72d00e-4960-42fa-ba92-7792a7944c1d}" 1:2:3:4:5:6:7:8:
