Which Nvidia graphics card is better Nvidia Quadro 400 vs. Nvidia Tesla C2075? I am trying to use this to edit videos on adobe premiere and after effects.

"Edit videos" can be a wide range - I suggest you check on forum(s) dedicated to video editing you do to see what's best. You can accidentally spend mega $$$ on a GPU that doesn't really gain much benefit compared to one that costs a lot less depending on the work being done. A lot of people buy $2000 cards when a $500 one would do everything they need.

At a high level, GeForce products are designed for the ultimate gaming performance, Tesla is designed for the best compute performance and capabilities, and Quadro is a superset of both the best in graphics and compute.
I would probably go for the Tesla C2075.

There is a good site link to do benchmark between Nvidia devices, there is menu hint in the inputbox
to suggest model device selection and that also report all individual performance
