I have one computer installed with linux Debain system. Since I am using it
as file access and storage only and I just use putty SSH on other my computer to remotely control the Debain computer. In other words, it is NOT neccessary the debain computer connecting keyboard, mouse or high power consumption of monitor so that
I took all device off from the debain computer.
Besides the device I take off from the debain computer, how can I further improve or reduce the power consumption from mother board of the debain computer if
it operate around 24 hours , how ?
Any linux command will do that to improve the mother board or CPU power consumption,
please advise

You need a wattmeter. Laptops batteries and expensive servers tend to have one builtin, rest almost never.
