What is the best mobile responsive emulator for Windows? I would like to use this for web development purposes.
The iPhone/iPad simulator provided by xCode for mac is good. Looking for something similar for Windows that also supports Android devices.

I have used the following site-1 for my testing my webpage on my andriod phone that is so far okay and please chose the correct option for your phone deivce, And
I also tried some android emulator something like " android emulator developer.." that
display is NOT exactly what I see on my phone", please be reminded.
