Please help, we are using exchange 2007, our global and connector size are set to 50MB, is there anyway I can increase individual mail box size higher then 50MB other then change global and connector size setting? Thank you in advance =)

Global takes precendence over all .... User level will take precendence over Connectors

If you are referring to the maximum size of a single message, no. You can set the global higher and restrict all of the mailboxes to a lower value, but the global setting is the maximum that the servers will accept, regardless of the mailbox.
