Hello there!
I have 2 Windows machines connected by TeamViewer 8 using the Internet.
In Desktop machine, I connected with lan cable. In Notebook use WI-FI EM emobile.
On 2013 July 29, not able to connect.
In the TeamViewer 8 log file appears the information below.

That is not your notebook IP
Please do ipconfig/all command on the notebook
and output the result for us review
if possible aslo output for desktop with ipconfig/all

the error might cause the disconnection between desktop and notebook
that is why I ask you to do command
ping notebook's IP>junk.txt
tracert netbooks's IP>>junk.txt
and send us the junk.txt for review and check whether it is internal connection node issue

Now we got the communication with the internet and Desk with Note.
I would interpret the messages in the log file above, to know what happened to break the connection on the 29th of July.

Could you check whether both deskep and notebook can go exteranl web
such as www.yahoo.com to make sure external connection that is okay ?
if okay, check the connection to notebook
by ping comand
ping notebook's IP
tracert netbooks's IP
to see any wrong
such as www.yahoo.com to make sure external connection that is okay ?
