Not necessarily. You aked for Hong Kong. I gave you Hong Kong. Unless there is only one ISP in Hong Kong, I'm not sure how such information is helpful to you, unless you suspect some sort of subvert intervention (e.g. The Great Firewall of China). Obviously, others in Hong Kong (like the people who run that looking glass) do not share your problem.

What browser are you running on? They should be the same regardless of where you are.
